This comic was a part of the Creative Time Comics series, which featured new comics from different artists each month of 2009 and 2010. The artists included offered a range of sensibilities and experience, from established cartoonists and illustrators to artists who are better known for work in other media. Each artist was asked to reflect on a topical concern, producing works as heavy as the BP oil spill or as humorous as the above comic. The online exhibition serves as a showcase to the wonderful diversity and gravitas of the comic form. -
